The flexibility of the Gallery extends to its seating arrangements. For your convenience, we offer two versatile set-up options to suit your event’s style and purpose. Choose the Theater Style Full Hall configuration for up to 100 chairs, ideal for presentations, talks, or performances where attendees can focus on the stage. Alternatively, opt for the Banquet Style arrangement, accommodating up to 10 tables and 100 chairs, perfect for more intimate gatherings, networking events, or receptions. The furniture is tastefully selected to complement the Gallery’s aesthetic, ensuring a cohesive and visually pleasing setting for your event.

Use of Gallery Hall 1 for Rehearsals and/or Decorating

As a gesture of our commitment, we provide you with the opportunity to use Gallery Hall 1 on the same day for rehearsals and decorating purposes. This dedicated time block, preceding your booked time, is offered free of charge. Whether you’re rehearsing presentations, arranging art installations, or meticulously placing decor elements, this pre-event window ensures that your event’s execution is flawless. Our staff is available to assist you during this time, ensuring that your creative vision is seamlessly realized.
